I just had our server admins install Round Cube. When someone views an e-mail with an attachment (the paper clip icon appears on the inbox page), there is no way to download the attachment.

The e-mail was forwarded and the attachment is named: file one.eps

When I view the same e-mail account using Squirrel Mail, I am able to download the attachments.

It still unresolved, neither in 0.2 version.

i facing same problem...can anybody help us?/:-X

could you provide some more information please? you should see the file name after the paperclip in the block at the top of the preview pane or message view. clicking on the name should show you the attachment.

what happens when you click on the file name? is there anything in [rc root]/logs/errors?

my problem is ...no option to see attachment...i mean no file show on paperclip?..(see picture)..when i check the error log...show nothing...seems the attachment is delivered no problm...how this happen...:D

i already trying to search on Trac....all the solution that given not solve my problem...any idea?..any guide on this...:D:mad:

i don't understand. the screenshot you attached shows the attachments. what version of RC are you running (if you dont know look in index.php)

Try to disable caching in ./config/main.inc.php

That's my last idea how RoundCube my cause trouble. As you see on my screenies it is displayed well. So, if you have still trouble, may be it is due to your IMAP server backend or due to your web server settings.

I can't do more than test is on my systems and as you see on the screeny it is ok for me.

@ JohnDoh ... seems he has posted a snipped of my screeny. I can confirm that it shown by default RC (2398) as well.
