Post by: hondi2 on February 25, 2017, 06:34:28 AM
I have received more than 2000 emails during the time using Roundcube, I would like to send newsletter to all this persons.

Webmail is not really the best place to do message analysis. Do you have direct access to the mailbox on the server, perhaps you could analyse the raw messages or use a desktop client like outlook or thunderbird to download all the messages and do what you want with them.

Thanks for reply.

Yes I have access to the cpanel and to the mailbox. What do you mean with message analysis?

If I open the email account in Mozilla Thunderbird, how can I save the email accounts? I don't want to open the email one by one and save the email address as that would take long time to open 2000 emails.

i was thinking if you have access to the raw messages then you could write a script to extract the info you want from them.

btw i did a quick search and it looks like you can get plugins for thunderbird which extract sender email addresses from all messages in a folder.
