I am asking forum users to help me retrieve my webmail password.

My provider is NCTV and I think they use Roundcube. My IMAIL program on my MAC had the NCTV password stored but now requires it to send emails. and of course I have received no help from them. signed DESPERATE

Unfortunately Roundcube is just a webmail client, it doesn't store or have the ability to change the password by default so there isn't any help that can be provided.

I was hoping that the client might have preferences or options which might help me with my NCTV webmail program. Thanks
