Title: Not receiving emails

Morning,
Have not received any emails for 8 days.
Have spoken to our internet provided and all is working fine.
They believe it might be server related??
I can login and send emails but not receiving anything

This isn't directly a Roundcube problem. Roundcube connects to the mail server and shows the email that is on the mail server. That means the mail server doesn't have mail any mail for the 8 day span. There are three likely causes:
1. The domain is incorrectly pointing to the mail server. The best way to test this is to try sending a email to the account that isn't getting mail and see if you get a bounce back email describing the problem.
2. The mail server has moved and your connecting to the old one. The only way to find more out about this is to talk to your mail provider.
3. The is some other problem with the mail server. The only way to find more out about this is to talk to your mail provider.
