Title: IT Dummy - please help: my mail sending SMTP Erro (-1) Connection to server fail

Please help - I am a very non-techy person and my mail this morning is not sending out. It comes up with a Red error message reading: SMTP Error (-1_ Connection to server failed.

Please can anyone advise what I can do? Will need very basic instructions to fix :P

when you say you are a very not-techy person does that mean you are not the person responsible for managing your webmail and SMTP services? if so you should contact who ever is. As an end user there is nothing can you do about a server error like that.
