I have been unable to login to my roundmail account on my new computer, this is despite changing my password, so I know I'm not getting it wrong, and I can still login on my old computer. Any ideas? My new and old computers are both MacBook Pros.
It sounds like you are an end user and if so you should contact the people who provide your email for support. That is not Roundcube. Roundcube is the name of the webmail software your provider is using. No one else can really help with login issues.
If you are the server admin then please provide more detail, what error do you get? have you compare imap logs from a successful and unsuccessful attempt?
