Title: Problem with html mails
Post by: b-cil on October 02, 2018, 04:16:49 PM
Hi there,

I'm contacting you as I am running through a serious problem I can't figure out.

I'm able to receive mails, to send plain text mails and to send HTML mail if content is plain text.

Whenever I'm editing something (underline a text, put a bullet etc), I cannot send the mail. It is sending it till timeout and nothing happens... I'm pretty sure it used to work some times ago but it ain't anymore. Haven't changed a thing in roundcube config or postfix or dovecot. I have upgraded ubuntu some weeks ago though to version 18 beaver.

Do you have any idea what I should correct ?

found it !!!

it came from the mod_security in apache2 blocking html injection... Therefore my new question : is there a way that rouncude and mod_secure coexists. I like the sql injection and other feature protecting the server. Having to switch it off might prove risky in long run !

Could you provide the error message?
