Title: Clearing out old data...
Post by: kristiandg on March 04, 2008, 01:36:03 PM
Good afternoon all... I've got a question about Roundcube's MySQL DB? Obviously, if it sees a valid account on your IMAP server, it then inserts the credentials into its database. What about when employees leave? I delete the mail account, but Roundcube's DB entry still exists. Does Roundcube check occasionally to see if data hasn't been touched in a certain amount of time, then delete it? I'm mainly interested in user accounts that have not been used in over 90 days. I think thats a fair number, and not too much of a resource hog.

Thanks..

Kris
