Title: Roundcube hangs on message sending
Post by: Micko on April 02, 2008, 02:09:28 PM
Hi;

I'd like to use roundcube in an production environment.
It's usually work very well (thanks for your work), but sometimens when i send a message it hangs;
Firefox shows "Operation completed" but it keeps displaying "Sending message" with ajax wheel in the top of the screen.
The message then is not delivered and the screen does not change.
Apache doesn't show anything in its logs, neither roundcube.
Qmail seems to don't receive anything (it doesn't log anything too)

I use qmail + vpopmail, roundcube 1 stable, courier-imap.
I attach a screen that i took when it happens.
It doesn't seems to be related to anything, because it's working very well. But sometimes i get this issue and i don't know how to solve;

Can you give me some help?
If you need other informations i'm here :D

Ah i forgot to say that the same happens with rc 1RC2

Thanks again
bye
Micko

Im having the exact same "problem", except the message does end up being delivered, but its always "hung" at "sending message". I have to close the browser and relogin. Hangs in both firefox and IE.

Got it, too. Relogging helps, but that's not really convenient.

Are you using Windows or Linux? If you check your logs, it's probably the same as this issue: http://roundcubeforum.net/forum/index.php?topic=3036.0

Same problem here.  I've checked the log files but nothing is logged. :(

I have the exact same problem and it shows up on all browsers now and then, no consistency in the "hang".

Oh I have the exact problem too!  The "Sent" folder is always empty!  But the strangest thing is that the problem happens to one of the user accounts only (recently.......before it was working well)!  :confused:
