I get an DB Error after the upgrade. Suspect because the upgrade to 1.4.0 does not give any kind of error so my DB should at least be on the level to be used in 1.4.0.

Any idea how to fix this ?

According to the screenshot your database is two changes behind and is the version that shipped with 1.4 beta. You need to update the database so that its current.

This makes everything much more suspect. I never installed the Beta. I did my upgrade from latest version 1.3.10 directely to 1.4.0.
The 1.4.0 installer said DB was ok. No error here.
