I could not access my ***.com/webmail site since two days ago using Chrome and Internet Explorer web browsers on both Mac and Windows machines. The error I get on Chrome is that "This site can't be reached. ***.com took too long to respond".
I reset my router, and it worked for one day. But the following morning, I get the same error. I CAN access ***.com/webmail when I use my 4G data. My internet service provider says they cannot assist me since this is roundcube territory.
I would greatly appreciate assistance in this matter.
Roundcube is open source webmail software it is not a service. Please contact who ever manages your email/webserver for support.
