I recently changed my Laptop and I have a company account email with roundcube. I cannot log it just says login failed each time.
How do i get into my emails? nobody at work seems to know how. they just change my password each time but that does nothing.
I really would like to get this solved if there are any good Samaritans around. Thank you.
Roundcube is open source webmail software, it is an IMAP client and not any kind of email service. Your email provider has chosen to install this software to give webmail funcationality and only they can tell you the conrrect login infomratoin.
