Title: Attach email to new email
Post by: rahulnikumbhe on April 05, 2021, 02:11:14 AM
is this possible to attach email to new email???
it will help for the references.
For eg :-
If we are communicating with mail B, and if we want to add reference of mail A into mail B.
By doing this it will become easy for the reference. By referring to single mail both A and B mails can be referred at one place.
This is possible in outlook/o365.
Is this possible in roundcube???

any help would be appreciated.

there is forward as attachment. next to the forward button on the toolbar you should see a small arrow, open that menu and you will see the forward as attachment option.

we know the "forward as attachment" option.
we want to give exiting mail references in the mail where already communication is going on.
so that both mail content can be view a single place.
if we use "forward as attachment" option then we need to start new communication.
we cant add references of mail in existing communication.

You can download any email as an .eml file (More > Download from the toolbar) and then upload it as an attachment to the message you are composing, does that do what you want?
