I am new to Roundcube. I use a Mac laptop.
What is the Apple equivalent of PC's shift+enter? There is no 'enter' key on my laptop. When I press shift + return the text I have selected is deleted. I contacted Apple Support. They could not help me.
When I type a whole paragraph the lines are normal. But if I do a hard enter I get a new line that is double the space.
Does Roundcube not work with a Mac?
shift+return works for me on a Mac, if the text is highlighted when you press shift+return it will delete the text.
I will try it right now in this reply box...

Yes, it works here. But not while composing an email in my Roundcube webmail. I have tried placing my cursor before 'Sincerely', after it, also before and after 'Right'. All it does on my Mac is create another empty line. I called Mac. They had no suggestions. Someone on an Apple forum suggested going to keyboard settings and changing something about 'period after X'. That setting doesn't even exist.
Anyway, if I only have this issue with Roundcube, clearly the problem is with PC not my computer. I even tried turning off HTML in Roundcube. Zero effect.
Now it is working. I must place my cursor after the line where I want the next line to be a single line distant.
