i don't remember my Username and my Password, s there any way i can recover this data?

Only on your SMTP/IMAP server system (ask your IT).

Roundcube - its just web-based mail client.

Roundcube is not a service and doesn't have any of your information. You'll have to contact your mail server admin for them to reset your account password.
