Title: "connection failed"

Hello,
I can't connect to my roundcube address with my second computer and my phone. It works perfectly on my fixed PC but not on my other devices, and I have to go away on business and I need my email. It says "connection failed".

information not enough.
What is  "fixed" ?
I think this is not rouncube problem - you need IT-specialist help.
