Forgive me if this has been discussed previously, I'm new here and need some help, about a week ago whenever I send an email to Gmail users they don't receive it, all other email formats, including domain type emails are being received fine, just having issues with anyone with a Gmail email address. I've had my email for over 6 years, never had an issue until last week 🤷♂️
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
You receive gmail server replies about reason ? or may be your message moved to spam - you check spam folder ?
Try check your smtp server log for messages from gmail smtp server about reason or any additional information.
I can receive Gmail emails, but my emails and replies to Gmail aren't being received, either into their inbox or spam folders, it's like they don't even exist, just checked via my Cpanel and there's no errors whatsoever, this is very strange, it's like Gmail have rejected my email domain.
Try https://mxtoolbox.com and check your settings ( SFP,DMARK, DKIM, MX)
Turns out I didn't have a DKIM, so sorted that out, popped into Cloudflare and now working, Gmail users have started seeing my emails again. Thanks for your help.
