hi i have roundcube webmail but when sending email to gmail accounts not recieving mail to recieptionist but when mail sent from gmail i able to access please resolve issue

Check google SPAM folder or any google answer errors message.

I think you have problem with SPF, DKIM,DMARC, reverse DNS and etc...

So its not Roundcube problem
