Title: Forwarding to gmail accounts (Poll if asked before!)
Post by: MrWil5oN on February 05, 2024, 09:48:27 AM
Hiya

I've stuck a poll on so it's a snapshot if the answer is quick.

Basically got a business with gmail accounts (x2) and want to create a more professional set of email addresses. So done it as [email protected] and [email protected] on roundcube new emails, then forwarded to the relevant gmail account as well as going through the authentication set up.

The issue is that one seems to be pretty rapid in forwarding (around 2 minutes) and the other can take ages.

I've got a backup system in that I'll check the webserver at the end of the day as a sweep but anyone got ideas why it does this?

Thanks in advance!

Forwarding is handled by the mail server not Roundcube. You would need to check the mail server logs to find out why that is happening.

Brilliant thanks, will do some digging that side of things then. Sent two emails when I sent that, and neither have arrived to the gMails yet
