Hi, I found this GitHub thread on the topic, which claims the feature was already added in 2021:

I use Roundcube as the default to access my Synology email server, where I can't find this option anywhere in the settings. So I was wondering if I just don't find it, or if there's another reason why the feature implemented above would not appear in the Roundcube offered for Synology?

The setting is under Settings -> Preferences -> Server Settings -> Clear Trash on logout.
