Title: message is Spam and rejected
Post by: stas220 on August 02, 2024, 05:17:36 AM
After reloading my hosting email server, it seems Roundcube webmail applied some updates.
Now, 70%-80% of my friends who successfully sent me emails can't do it!

All of them get the message:
Your message to [email protected] could not be delivered
test.info (it is my domain) suspects your message is spam and rejected it

I went through the Rouncube webmail interface but could not find where I could customize a spam filter or something else that delivers all emails.

Please advise what I need to do to make all emails to be delivered
Thanks

Title: The problem with Incomming emails
Post by: stas220 on August 06, 2024, 04:46:22 AM
Thank you for the response, but there was discribed another problem.

1) I have used Roundcube for 4 years, and everything worked perfectly.
2) The hosting server was switched off and then switched on. And It seems the software (Roundcube ) was updated.
3) Now, I can't receive a lot of emails from my friends and clients. All of them sent successfully a lot of messages during 3 years before, but now they are rejected with the notes:
"Your message  could not be delivered
suspects your message is spam and rejected it"
4) I think there is a new spam filter on Roundcube that has been activated.
5) I went through the Rouncube webmail interface but could not find where I could customize a spam filter or something else that rejects my incoming emails.

Again, I have a problem with INCOMING emails
A lot of address that were sent me emails during 3 years are rejected
The emails that are not rejected can send me a limited number of emails! (not more than 1 email per period)

Sorry I miss understood I thought is was outgoing. The mail filter that would be blocking incoming mail would be configured on the mail server not Roundcube. If you don't have access to configure the mail server contact your email provider.
