Title: Display Email Login Only If User has an Email Acct

Using a regular phpBB forum---Users can login to their email accounts from the forum (bypassing the RCM login screen)

Most forum users will not have an RCM email account--- so no need to display the login form in the Forum for those people-- Is there a way to only display the login form in the forum to those who have an RCM email account???
