This is something I cannot figure out for the life of me. My current situation is that we have a shared mailbox (e.g.
[email protected]) that the support team (
[email protected], [email protected]) has access to through ACL. Each folder from the help user is shared to the team. Yet, when
user1 replies to a message in the shared Inbox from
help,
user2 cannot see the reply because the messages are copied to the personal Sent folder for
user1. Is there any way to specify a second sent folder that replies to the shared inbox get copied to? Is there a plugin? Or will I have to build this solution myself.
