I'm migrating from RoundCube to gmail and there's one folder with about 250 contacts that have addresses I'd like to export.
Is there an easy way to do it?

Roundcube is an email client and Gmail is an email service so you cannot migrate between the two. The migration goes between who ever your current email provider is and Gmail. Roundcube, like any other email client, can connect to a Gmail account.
You mentioned contacts and then you say folders. Please can you explain if you are talking about a group in Contacts section in the Roundcube UI or if you mean a folder of messages in your IMAP account.
This is important because exporting single or all entries from the Contracts section of Roundcube is straight forward, there is a button in the menu, however processing a folder of emails for address information is more complicated and outside the scope of Roundcube as mail client.
