Hi All,
I have Roundcube through my internet company, Enter.net from Allentown, PA. Things were fine until RC changed the look and now it is all messed up. Enter.net tech support cannot help me and pushed me to cPanel, cPanel to Liquid Web, and them to now this forum.
I used to have the left column be inbox, sent, archive, and the other folders, then in the center all my emails showed up and I could clearly see the sender, subject and date sent going across
Now, nothing appears in the center unless I click on the email. As you can see from the 2 pics, if I click the open folder or the arrow on the upper left of the left column it changes the look but that is all. How do I get it where there are 2 or 3 columns and all the emails are in the center. This is confusing and not worth keeping if I cannot change this.
No one from my provider knows how to change the look. Can I go back to the previous look?
In the about settings, this is what they are running me on:
Roundcube Webmail 1.6.9 Copyright © 2005-2022, The Roundcube Dev Team
Can anyone from Tech Support or somewhere help me out please.
THANK YOU,
Vince

The folder list isn't showing at the same time as the mail view because the window size is to small. If you window was larger then you would have all three columns for folders, mail, and message preview.
The old Larry skin is still available in Github https://github.com/roundcube/larry but no longer comes packaged with Roundcube. Unfortunately as a end user you can't install the skin and would need your provider to do it and since there using cPanel I don't think they will.
Thanks for your reply.
My window is the whole size of my screen? How can it be too small? In user interface, they don't even list the skins so I cannot even see elastic or Larry or be able to transition to a different one. Why is cPanel doing this?
If the window is the whole size of your screen and your working on a computer maybe you have the webpage zoomed in. I see it looks like your using Safari, in the Mac OS toolbar try going to "View" -> "Actual Size" and see if that changes what you see.
If no skins are listed in the settings then no other skins are installed on the system. I know by default cPanel doesn't include the other options, if I had to guess its to simplify there support.
Hey,
Changing the size to actual size did help to restore the left column and then slightly move it over. It still isn't worth keeping the way it is, but, it did help a little. I called my tech and am waiting to hear from them. But, it sounds like, according to you, that if the Larry skin is not selected I am not going to be able to switch back to it ever...
