Title: Failure to establish identity.

Dear Support Team and Developers,
 I am experiencing an issue when logging into the platform. At a certain point during the process, I receive a message stating "Failure to establish identity." Once this occurs, I am unable to log in for several hours, which significantly disrupts my workflow.
 Since my organization relies heavily on email communication, this issue is causing considerable inconvenience. I suspect that the problem may be related to my frequent travel, leading the system to misidentify my IP addresses, including those from my home and office. I am unsure whether this is something I can resolve on my end or if it is a broader platform-related issue.
 I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to fix this or any steps that can be taken to prevent it from happening in the future. Thank you in advance for your assistance. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.

I'm not aware of any error in Roundcube that would display "Failure to establish identity." If its coming from Roundcube it maybe a custom plugin build by your organization. I'd recommend reaching out to your companies IT department and see if they are aware of where the error message is coming from. Otherwise if you can provide a screenshot of the error maybe we can verify if the error is coming from Roundcube or somewhere else.
