Title: We can't access our corporate email through WiFi

We can't access our corporate email through WiFi, the provider said that nothing is blocked in their side, maybe its the problem from roundcube side. What the problem it can be? And how we can solve this problem? Help us please. Our provider is VEGA IP Address is 83.218.237.62

This is unlikely to be a Roundcube problem, what error exactly are you getting?

"There is no connection to the site. Host euvip05.twinservers.net:2096/cpsess6455258484/3rdparty/roundcube/?_task=mail&_mbox=INBOX.Sent does not respond for a long time". And this problem just with our wifi, when we connect to another network site works and loads immediately

Thats definitely not a problem with Roundcube. Its most likely a problem with a firewall or routing rule on your network. I see that your using Roundcube in cPanel and that requires that you can access port 2096 if that is blocked it maybe the source of your problem but I don't think we'll be able to help here.
