Title: Configuration of view screen
Post by: annahi on June 25, 2025, 10:55:03 AM
Dear Roundcube,
We look at webmail using your software on Firefox, and cannot work out how to display the folders sidebar, or indeed how to configure the view screen.
We switched from Elastic to Larry, which solves the problem, but we don't like the interface, so can you tell us how to arrive at an Elastic display screen with the following columns from left to right:
1 Dark blue control icons
2. Folder list – Inbox, Sent, Trash etc
3. List of emails
4. Email reader pane

Many thanks,
annahi

The website has screenshots of how the Elastic skin looks (https://roundcube.net/screens/#elastic) at different resolutions. What are you seeing that's different?

Hi John,
Thank you for all the screenshots.  We see the first one - Mailbox View, but it is missing the first white column, with Inbox, Sent etc.  How do we display that list of folders?
Many thanks,
Annahi

The Elastic skin will hide the message list on smaller screens but you can open it by clicking on the folder icon in the left corner above the message list.

So simple, John!
We did try that, but obviously didn't click on it properly.
It works perfectly now.
Very many thanks,
