Hi all,
my smtp test mail is working,but when i try to send message from RC it shows 'falied to send message'
any help pls.......

The e-mail is arrive or not to the recipient?
If yes, the solution is: rename the sent folder of actual user in the mail server and that's it.

If no I've got no idea :(

i also have same problem... i can able to receive the mail... but cant able to send...p-lz help

I also have same problem ! I can't send a mail, but I can reply to a received mail !!!

I have the same problem. Failed to send message.

is there anything in the RC logs or your MTA logs? I think the 2 most common reasons for getting this error is RC cant save the sent message to the Sent folder or you dont have an identity setup.

it was the smtp port.... 0:)
feel kinda stupid!
