Title: Sieve filter blocking order emails, customer couldn't buy a djembé

Hi everyone,

I manage the Roundcube mail server for a cultural association in Angers, France. We sell African instruments online, and we've been having a weird issue since a Roundcube update about three weeks ago. Some emails from our website's order form are ending up in spam, while others are being rejected completely.

It took me almost two days to spot the problem in the logs. Nothing really stood out at first, but after digging around I found a Sieve rule that was apparently set up to catch spam. For some reason, it's flagging automated emails sent by our own web server. Looks like the matching conditions are a bit too aggressive when the sender and domain match our own setup.

I honestly don't know why the rule was written that way. It must have been there for ages, and nobody seems to have touched it since.

The treasurer forwarded me a message from a customer who'd tried to buy a 22-inch djembé but never received the order confirmation or invoice. I ended up digging the email out of the spam folder and forwarding it manually while I figure out what's going on.

Has anyone run into something similar with Sieve rules blocking internal or transactional emails? I'd like to whitelist our domain properly without disabling the rest of the spam protection. If someone has an example of a condition that works well for this, that would be really helpful.

Thanks!
