Title: Some HTML messages don't display
Post by: kenholmes on September 19, 2008, 05:42:21 PM
I am using Roundcube 0.1.1, installed with my bluehost.com account. And am having trouble viewing an HTML newsletter composed using Simplenews through a Drupal website.

I get the email, and all the header info is displayed, but the message body is empty.

When viewing source, this is all that shows up:
------------
To protect your privacy, remote images are blocked in this message. Display images

-------------
But the Roundcube message window is blank... link to Display images isnt' there.

Messages display correctly in Outlook and other web based mail clients, just not Roundcube.

Anyone know if this is a Roundcube issue? Or is it Simplenews?

I am the one sending out the newsletters, so I'm not so concerned with the fix for Roundcube, just what I need to do to get my Simplenews newsletter to display if people receiving the email happen to be using Roundcube.

I've seen other posts similar to this on the Roundcube site, but none offer a solution.

It's a Roundcube issue. I also receive different HTML newsletters, which aren't correct displayed. Also using RC v.0.1.1.
