Print Page - Old Version - Global Address Book?

I'm running an older version of RoundCube on a SME Server. The version number from the "index.php" file says "Version 0.1-20061206". At this time, upgrading to a newer version is not feasible, in my working environment.

I REALLY need to get a Global Address Book working, however I've searched the forums, and I can only find instructions/tutorials for newer versions.

Would someone PLEASE help me get this working?
