I will hire a dedicated server that has installed Gentoo.
I need a technician to install RoundCube me on this server and leave it running.
Then I will install Joomla 1.5.9 and a Joomla module that will allow me to see the email. The idea is that web users have a tab to see your mail directly.
Please. Anybody can give me a quote?

As far as now know Joomla extensions does not support recent RoundCube v.0.2 - stable. Please consider that!
