Title: [0.2.1] (bug #4) UI: Delete should skip to next message even if showing deleted msgs.

This is a UI / human factors report.
The expected behavior of delete in most E-mail clients is to skip to the next message when. If the "Flag the message for deletion instead of delete" is selected, delete should still skip to the next message.
