Is there any admin side of the script? If, What can I do from the admin site? Does it provide any statistics as sent mail, last login and so on? I'm planning on using it with quite many users so I need an admin side with accounts, settings and maybe also statistics.

As far as I am aware there is no admin interface that comes with Roundcube.
I am working on the final stages of and admin section addon which should be available for download very shortly.

It gives ability to add/create and maintain accounts but no statistics.
