Title: inbox not working properly

In my inbox messages are there for only one day.next day it is showing there
is no message.could you please help it.

Do you access your mail account with another program (I.E. Outlook Express or Thunderbird) to retrieve the mail?

yes i am using ms outlook to read from message from mailserver

Do you access your mailserver with Outlook using POP3 or IMAP?

If you use POP3 you should leave the messages on the server, otherwise Outlook will remove them after downloading them to your computer and Roundcube will not be able to see those messages again.
