I would like all of my incoming emails to be forwarded to my gmail account but cannot find any way to do this.

Any ideas?

This is not a client issue (Roundcube is a mail client), but a server issue. This need to be set on the mail server. If your lucky there is a plugin to do this for you. But you'll neede to know what mailserver software is used.
