Title: Error Messages
Post by: hoferchr on October 14, 2009, 11:29:40 PM
Hello.  I am submitting this discussion topic on behalf of one of our staff members at our church.  We have RoundCube 0.3 installed via the SimpleScripts installation that our web host, Host Monster (based out of Utah), provides to us.  Here are the e-mails that I have received from her:

~~~~
About a month ago, my round cube email started to have issues.  I can no longer delete email at all.  It gives me an error saying that it "can't move the file to the folder".  I can't delete from the Inbox, can't delete from the SPAM box either.
~~~~

Here is one more...

~~~~
If I highlight an email, and click the delete key on my keyboard, I get an error "Could Not Move the Message".
If I highlight an email, and click the delete icon (the ghostbuster icon), I get an error "Could Not Move the Message".
If I highlight an email and drag it to trash, it works.
If I open an email, and from inside the email choose to Move it to Trash, it works.
~~~~

Are these known issues?  Are there any fixes in the works?  I am sorry that I cannot provide any additional information at this time...this is the only information I have been given.  I have not noticed these problems myself...just so you know.

Thanks...Chris

Thanks for your reply and link to the other forum topic.  Is this something that is in the queue to be corrected in the next version release of RoundCube?

Ask the user to goto personal settings > preferences > special folders and double check that their deleted items folder is correctly set.
