I can log into my mail server but it does not load the mail.
Using qmail-toaster install on CentOS 5.3.
I look at the errors in the error log, here is what I get:
[19-Nov-2009 00:43:15] PHP Warning: include(rcube_imap.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/roundcube/program/include/iniset.php on line 99

Can you help?

It looks like your missing RoundCube files, replace the program directory and see if that fixes the problem.
-
Replacing the program directory didn't work. I am able to retrieve my mail by using Outlook, but webmail just hangs. I am using the mvision skin for roundcube, if that is any help.

We have same problems with mail handling (opening, loading, preview pane) in version 0.3.1
Any solutions available yet? This is a quite nasty bug...
It's a fresh 0.3.1 install btw.
-
The version I am using is also 0.3.1
-
We host our webmail service for over 10000 students. We receive quite some complaints. Thought RoundCube was quite stable, esspecially with the 0.3.1.
Unfortunately still a lot of bugs. Hope for improvements soon!
Let's get all the bugs reported to the development team...

perhaps this is the solution? It worked for me (have problems with IE6 and IE7: can't open the mail - sometimes a error-message appears in the red box above) in FF everything is ok.
Just try it: Changeset 3195 ? Roundcube Webmail (http://trac.roundcube.net/changeset/3195)
