I have been using roundecube on my server for my customers and me for a while now. But at the moment there's some problem with new emails not showing up.
Some of my customers (and me) used a mobile phone to check the mails using imap4. The mobile phone marks the messages as read.
Then there was a shock: All the new mails which were downloaded to the mobile phone were gone. Which is not possible with imap4!!
So I checked on my server (SUSE 11) and found the mails on the hdd.
Solution to that is that they have to click on "compact" now, every time they want to check for new mails.
This means: A user logs in and no new mails are shown. They click on "compact" and the inbox at once shows new mails (from zero to x new mails so to say).
It seems that roundcube is a bit "confused" here. Clicking "compact" every two minutes sucks really, so is there anyone who has an idea for that?
The mobile phone used were SAMSUNG SGH-D880 and SAMSUNG B3310
