Print Page - print button

Hello,
I manage to install roundcube (v. 0.3.1) on my debian server with aptitude, but I don't find the print button to print a message.

I saw on screenshoots or on the demo interface print button or archive button or forward as attachment but I don't have neither one nor the other.
How do i do to add this functionality ?

In the menu there is a gear clicking on it brings up a menu the first item is print.

Hi All,

Because of my limited knowledge in PHP I need some help. I thinks this would be a stupid question in front of you expert guys.

how can I edit the print button

// displays Print Icon
mosHTML::PrintIcon( $row, $params, $hide_js, $print_link );

PDF and MAIL is OK but I can`t find the Print button!
I would like to Write in the front of the picture "Print" text!

Hi,

How do you bring the print to the toolbar instead of in the "More actions" gear? Thank you.
