Print Page - Can't delete mail ?

Hi,

I am running into a problem on my staff webmail site, I can not delete messages that are spam nor that are junk, I don't even see the folders on the side?

The message I am getting is Can Not Move The Message.

Please help me.

Is there anything in the error log?
