If I resize my browser windows while writing a message, the composer container is not ajusted automatically.
I have to press F5 key to adjust.
I tried to change mail.css options, but it is still the same...

Its a TinyMCE problem, you could try using there autoresize plugin http://wiki.moxiecode.com/index.php/TinyMCE:Plugins/autoresize I don't know how well it works.
