I upgraded my RoundCube .10 from Oct 27,2005 to the most recent and I must admit I am quite pleased with the results. Everything seems to respond well except using the search box in the upper right corner.
I tried two upgrade methods: the one recommended in the UPGRADE file, and my own version (which has me upgrade the database along with modifying the beta 2 source like a new install, except /w my database connection information and so on).
Both of these attempts yeilded the same results: 0 entries or lines of messages when searching. No error message, just for a brief time a searching AJAX box and then a blank box where messages should appear. And yes, I am using a recognizable search term from the subject of a message (exacly as it is seen).
Incase it matters, I did not empty the cache or logs in the database. Is there anything esle I can be looking at? Ideas would be most welcome! I'm using MySQL 4.1+, Apache 1.3+, PHP 5.0.5 on OpenBSD.

I suggest installing a fresh copy of Roundcube of which i did when beta-0.2 came out to avoid problems.
And your users didn't complain when they lost their address book?
i took a backup of that and added the new column!
Hi !
Did you find a way to fix the search feature ?
Thank you.
Yes, my search function also doesn't work right.
Perhaps it has something to do with my imap server, dovecot?
I do not think that mine has ever worked. Perhaps it is something that I have done wrong. But yeah I.m in the same boat it doesn.t work for me either.
