Title: Cannot save identity info

Hi All,
I am new to roundcube. Just installed, everything works well except one thing. I cannot save my changes to identities or add new ones. My config settings are as follows:
$rcmail_config['identities_level'] = 0;
When I view source, I see that the Save button is disabled:
I am sure this is a simple fix, but I can't figure it out for the life of me.

Is there anything in your error log?

It's empty.
There must be a setting someplace that is doing this:
disabled="disabled"
I could make changes in the database, but I want this to work correct. I even reinstalled, same thing... :mad:

Also the delete button is disabled. Does anybody have ANY idea what is disabling these buttons??? There's gotta be something. I've been trying to figure out the code, but no luck. I've made no customizations. I'm stumped. :eek:
