Title: Can't save emails as concept

Hello,

One of our customers is using roundcube webmail.
it works fine, except for one thing.

He cant save new emails as a concept.
if he creates a new mail the save as concept button is blanked out. (see image)
like its frozen. so when he clicks on it nothing happens.

with other customers this works fine.

he uses version 0.3.

does anyone have an idea?


I also noticed that when i go to te settings menu, the autosave concept option is put on "never" and blanked out, so i cant change it. (see autosave.jpg)
is this related?

Then anotherthing, i cannot delete messages using the delete button.
it says: the message cannot be moved. briefly.

take a look under "special folders" in your preferences and make sure you have drafts and deleted folders set

hi,

Problem solved.
I had to make the concepts folder manualy as where it was automaticaly created on my own account.

Also i can delete emails now. though i didnt had to create a new folder called trashbin or someting.
