Also, what is the limit for sending emails from queue, and what is the cron execution time. I'm guessing ever 5m-1h?

Any information or ways to send a bulk mail to all contacts is much appreciated.

It would depend on your server settings, also check with your service provide as many do not allow sending bulk mail.

thanks for raising the question - well unfortunatly there is no such video
any more ideas - thoughts and options to get this done
