One of our customers contacted us and told us that when he moves or deletes an email, the date stamp is changed making it harder to find emails back.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

If you uncheck the 'Use message index for sorting by date' box, all your messages will be sorted by date correctly, irrespective of when they are moved or deleted.
You can find this by clicking 'Personal Settings' then 'User Interface'.
