Title: Developing Theme
Post by: strictlydata on March 25, 2010, 11:39:23 AM
Im looking into changing the default skin to the way I want it to look.
ONe area I'm not too keen on is the icons next to e-mail Address book etc.(Top right)

I can see I can disable them in the css, but when it comes to adding plugins ie the calendar plugin then this also has an icon.

Can anyone think of a way I can stop that icon showing, I know I can remove this again in the plug-in css but I would like to make this global.

Thanks for your help

The easiest way is to make a copy of the current theme and use that copy. In this copy you can replace the tiny icons with smaller blank png images.

When installing a plugin, copy the theme directory which comes with the plugin also and replace the additional tiny icons with smaller blank png images as well.
