Hi, i've been using 0.3.1 now for ~6 months. I am finally fed up with the hanging. It's been posted several times here but there hasn't been a solution.
If I compose a new message the message sends perfectly.
If I reply to a message that has been previously composed by a Microsoft client the message will not send.
There are no error messages, the page just sticks with the AJAX animation at the top.
The only solution at the moment is to remove the previous message before sending.
I have tried editing the html (removing the annoying Microsft attributes) to get it sent but to no avail, perhaps it's something to do with the headers.
The problem is either the Microsoft content, OR the length of the email.
Length seems to also be a problem.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know, i don't mind sticking my nose into the code to have a play.
Thank you.
Fixed in the SVN http://trac.roundcube.net/ticket/1486313
that's great i'll check it out. Though, i'm not using IE. I'm using Firefox.
thanks again,
A
Thanks for the info - but i've rebuilt Roundcube with the latest release and this issue still exists.
Not fixed.

If you try the SVN and it still doesn't work try opening a ticket at Roundcube Webmail (http://trac.roundcube.net/) include the message source and and your mail server name/version.
is there anything in the error log? if so you should also add that to the ticket and also turn on smtp_debug in the config file and add the log that creates
